I was surprised by the effectiveness of Kettlebell training. Two noticeable differences in my physical fitness emerged as a result of this unique combination of strength- and flexibility exercise: Firstly, total body movements were enhanced in strength, endurance and agility, underpinning other forms of sport like running or swimming with a distinctive dynamic.
