Over the last couple of years my main focus has been on power training, coaching national level power lifters. I have been able to apply a wide range unique training methods that has given me a deep understanding of the physics of physical training.
Kettlebells are something that I have only recently started working with after they have started to become more popular in power training, showing that they are as a diverse a training tool as there is in the industry today. I have been amazed at the speed at which the human body adapts to kettlebell training, both aerobic and anaerobic components of fitness.
I have always taken a scientific approach, making sure what I’m teaching others has sound biomechanical theory, training methodology and record training data. With PowerBell Pump™ we definitely have all three, combining our own knowledge and experience with today’s technology. As my background shows I have never been one to chase the quick buck or follow the crowd.
This is something I truly believe in.
