The kettlebell workouts are fun and challenging and Mark targets the workout to how you are feeling on each particular day, so they never get boring. In addition to the improvement in my physical fitness, Mark’s expertise as a life-coach has taught me how to use a combination of exercise and relaxation in order to control my stress levels.
