How does the PowerBell Pump™ system work?

The system increases an individual’s fitness in just 8 weeks. To start the programme you will need to fill in the readiness for exercise form as part of the registration process. If it’s all clear, then you will take part in the PBP Benchmark Assessment.

The Benchmark Assessments give you a starting fitness score at the start of the course and at the end your second benchmark will help you understand how fit you have become over the 8 weeks. At the start of a class you are given a heart rate monitor belt because in all PBP classes there is live onscreen monitoring of your heart rate so you can monitor your heart rate whilst you train.

The PBP course has four individual classes which you do four times each, but each class is done in a different way, so it’s always challenging and fun without being tedious. On the PBP course you move up to a new class on every fifth class, completing a total of 16 classes with two benchmark sessions making a total of 18 sessions, completed over an 8 week period.
