PBP levels
When you take part in a PowerBell Pump™ course, you are training in a completely new way that helps to increase your fitness, stamina, strength and improves your flexibility. With such an innovative programme, we have gone much further than most other systems by developing PBP into three levels, divided into three individual courses.
Level 1 - Lifestyle
- Lowest entry point into the system
- Lift your fitness above the sedentary line and lower your risk of ill health
- Learn to use the kettlebells safely
- Gain an understanding of what is happening to your body when you exercise
- Learn about the right levels of heart rate and exertion to work at
- Improve your total body fitness without over-training
Once level 1 has been successfully complete you can make a choice to go on to more advanced system levels or move on to a personal goal or just stay at the lifestyle level, with new individual programmes.
Level 2 - Sports
- More advanced exercises and intensity to develop your fitness to a sports level
- Caters for you if you are involved in sports
- Need a higher level of fitness to cope with a more demanding lifestyle
At the end of the level you can move up to the next level or move on to a programme that is more specific to your sports needs. A third choice could be a holding programme that maintains the health and fitness of this level.
Level 3 - Athlete
- A masters course that gives you the fitness level of a competitive athlete
- Challenge your fitness levels to safe limits
- Balance your busy and demanding lifestyle
If after completing Level 3 you want to use your higher level of fitness for a sport or sports event, this can be programmed into an individual or group training programme. A holding programme can also be established individually or as a group to maintain the health and fitness values of Level 3.
KettleBell BodyBlast™
If after the completion of Level 1 your interest lies in improving your body shape and tone you can participate in a unique 20 minute BodyBlast programme designed to deal with the most common problem areas:
- Fat, heavy legs with flat, cellulite buttocks
- Droopy, flabby, lower buttocks
- Flabby inner thighs with ‘mushy’ shapeless legs
- Skinny legs and very flat backside
- Fat, lumpy thighs with saddle bags on the hips
- ‘Jiggly’ inner thighs with cellulite around them
- Wide hips and thick, heavy thighs (the dreaded pear shape)
- Lovehandles
- ‘Bingo’ or ‘bat’ wings on the arms
- After birth belly paunch
Other Options
We are very flexible, and whether you’re a single parent or a busy executive, an occasional tennis player or a county hockey team, we want you to experience how effective and useful a training system kettlebelling is. We can offer personally tailored one-to-one coaching at your home using the PBP system, or you could get together a small group of friends or team mates and book coaching sessions at home or in a park in order to cut costs.
