Affordable and flexible

We have a range of training options from personal to group coaching. We will always try to accommodate your needs:

  • Personal Coaching - 30 minute sessions £25
  • Personal Coaching small groups - from 2+ £15 per person 30 minute sessions
  • Kettlebell Workshops - learn the basics in a 2 hour session £25 per person
  • Personal Coaching Sessions - includes 2 benchmark sessions and 16 sessions, £400.00.
  • PowerBell Pump Courses - includes 2 benchmark sessions and 16 class sessions, £131.00.

We limit classes to 16 people only to enable us to offer a more personal service when coaching you through the PowerBell Pump system. This helps us to keep control of your technique to ensure safety and that you are always getting the best out of each exercise and each session as a whole.

We monitor your heart rate live throughout your session, and you then receive a comprehensive email report after each class to enable you to see the true value of the training you have undertaken. No other classes can quantify this for you in such a scientific and fact-based way, so at the end of the course you understand how fit you have become. A half hour PBP class is intensive and has the same value of 90 minutes of other forms of exercise. Working with kettlebells involves engaging the whole body’s muscle system in all three planes of movement.

The flexibility of PBP allows you to train in a class of a maximum of 16, or if you prefer you can be personally coached on a one-to-one basis with a PBP coach. The 8-week structure is the same whether you take the class or personal coaching route - 18 classes/sessions - however the one-to-one sessions are obviously tweaked to your individual needs.

You will not lose money!

With PBP you won’t be penalised if you cannot make it to a session. The structure of the system is built around a personal service for you - if for some reason you are not able to complete your course you have some choices. Dependent on how many classes you have been unable to attend through your course, we can reassess you and give you a new starting point on the system to go back through your course. However, if you have not missed many sessions, you can carry them over to your next course or coaching session so that you don’t lose money.
